If you ask for an appointment we will try to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time. You can make an appointment by phoning 0161 790 6682 or 0161 790 5100 during our opening hours.
If you fail to attend your appointment this we be regarded as a termination of your current treatment plan. This will mean that your course of treatment will be closed and any charges that have already been paid will be sent to the NHS Dental Services Authority with this claim. If you fail to attend or cancel your appointment without notice up to the value of 30 minutes or more, we will not be able to offer you any further NHS treatment at the practice. Please note that new patients will be subject to 15 minutes.
If you need to cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made within the same treatment session as the patient is due this will be deemed as a fail to attend. If you cancel without notice and you are under treatment this will be regarded as a termination of your current treatment plan. This will mean that your course of treatment will be closed and any charges that have already been paid will be sent to the NHS Dental Services Authority with this claim. This would mean that a new course of treatment would be applicable and any associated charges. It may also mean that no further appointments will be offered under the NHS at the practice.
If you do not attend the practice within 8 weeks of any appointment you will be regarded as inactive under your treatment plan. This would mean that your current treatment plan will be terminated and any charges that have already been paid will be sent to the NHS Services Authority with this claim. A new course of treatment would then be applicable in order to complete this course of treatment. Unfortunately this would mean that you would have to pay any associated charges that this would then incur.
Please note that all NHS charges that are collected at the practice are sent to the NHS Dental Services Authority.
